S/R lines in a saved template do not appear when I go to full screen.

I saved s/r lines in a template, then transferred the template to a new chart.

When I went to full screen with double click, the S/R space was there, but the S/R lines did not appear. 

Going back to regular chart size brought the s/r lines back.
