You can download the English and Portguese versions of the Phicube Analyzer3 here. You must have a subscription (comes with 30 day free trial) to one of the Phicube services in order for the program to work.
The English version subscription comes with a subscription to the eSignal Datafeed and the Portuguese version comes with a subscription to TradeZone's Data Center.
