Welcome to Sharing
Five modules (charts, watchlists, quote lists, prism, and search) in the program can be shared so that others can connect live to the shared module. The most common share will be a chart which can be especially usual for live training. The best way to described the difference between sharing and linking is that sharing is live and linking is historical. When you change things in a share everyone connected to it will get the change. I will be using charts to describe sharing but the process is the same for the other modules.
Starting a Share
Right click in the chart you want to share and choose "Share".

Once you activate the share anyone else in the chat channel can connect to your share. Your name in the chat list will turn red and will pop to the top of the list.
Connecting to a Share
There are two ways to connect to a share.
Connect to Chat Name - Click on someone's name in the chat last that has turned to red indicating they have activated a share.

Connect using the Share Window - Select "Menu Circle" ==> "Connect to Share"

which will then bring up a share window.

Just click on the name of the person you want to connect to their share.
Either of these methods will cause a new window to open up with the contents of the window being shared out. This connection is live so as the person changes their chart, all the connected charts will be changed to match it.
This is very useful when used in conjunction with voice chat software such as Ventrilo, where the person running the share can talk about the chart as he changes it.
Saving Shared Information
Saving a template - If the chart you are viewing has a layout you don’t have and you want to save it, right click in the chart and choose templates, then save template.
Saving a study - If the chart has a study you don’t have and you want to add it to your program, right click on the study title and choose "Add Study To Program". The study will be added throughout your program.
Saving a support resistance group - If the chart has a support resistance group you don't have and you want to add it to your program, right click in the chart and choose file followed by "Save Support Resistance".
Saving other modules - For other modules right click in the window and choose "File" ==. "Save".
Ending a Share
Right click in the window being shared and select "UnShare". This will cause all the connected windows to close and your name will return to normal in the chat list.
